Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of Cleveland Truck Parking ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Description of Services
Cleveland Truck Parking provides commercial truck parking services at our facility located at 799 E 73rd St,, Cleveland, OH 44103. Our services include various parking spot sizes for commercial trucks, semi-trucks, box trucks, and tractor trailers.
Rental Agreement
All parking rentals are subject to a separate Rental Agreement that you will sign when reserving a spot. The Rental Agreement contains additional terms and conditions specific to your rental, including:
- Monthly rental rates and payment terms
- Security deposit requirements
- Access hours and procedures
- Prohibited items and activities
- Insurance requirements
- Lien and sale procedures for non-payment
Payment Terms
- Rent is due on the first day of each month
- Late fees may apply for overdue payments
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash
- Online payments are available through our customer portal
Access to Facility
Access to your parking spot is subject to:
- Maintaining current payment on your account
- Following all facility rules and regulations
- Using only your assigned access code
- Operating hours: 24/7 Access
Prohibited Items
The following items may not be stored in our facility:
- Hazardous, flammable, or explosive materials
- Illegal items or substances
- Perishable goods or food items
- Living creatures (animals or plants)
- Items with strong odors
- Valuable items without proper insurance
Insurance
We strongly recommend that all tenants maintain insurance coverage for their parked vehicles. Cleveland Truck Parking is not responsible for damage or loss to your property unless caused by our gross negligence.
Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cleveland Truck Parking shall not be liable for:
- Loss, damage, or theft of stored property
- Damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or flooding
- Pest infestation or mold damage
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
Termination
Either party may terminate the rental agreement with proper notice as specified in your Rental Agreement. Upon termination, you must remove all vehicles and leave the unit in clean condition.
Lien Rights
If you fail to pay rent or other charges, we may exercise our lien rights under Ohio law, which may include denying access to your unit and ultimately selling your property to satisfy the debt.

When using our website, you agree to:

- Not attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Respect intellectual property rights
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
