Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Shoreway Logistics I, LLC dba Cleveland Truck Parking ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Services

Cleveland Truck Parking provides commercial truck parking services at our facility located at 799 E 73rd St, Cleveland, OH 44103. Our services include various parking spot sizes for commercial trucks, semi-trucks, box trucks, and tractor trailers.

Parking License Agreement

All parking is subject to a separate Parking License Agreement and the facility Rules & Regulations, which you sign electronically when you reserve a space. The agreement grants a personal, revocable license to park your registered vehicles in the space. It is not a lease of real property, and it does not create a landlord-tenant relationship. If anything on this website conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Monthly and Daily Parking

• Monthly parking renews automatically each month until you or we give 30 days' written notice
• There is no proration and no partial-month refund
• Rates may change with 30 days' notice
• Daily and short-term parking is available; call (216) 600-1656 for availability
• Daily reservations are refundable only if cancelled at least 24 hours before arrival
• Vehicles that stay past a daily reservation are charged 150% of the daily rate for the extra time
• Fleet and custom terms are available by agreement

Payment Terms

• Rent is due on the 1st day of each month
• Accounts are past due after the 5th; a $25 late fee per unpaid space applies starting on the 6th
• The full balance must be paid by the 15th
• Payments are made through our online customer portal by major credit card or debit card; auto-pay is available
• Processing or convenience fees may apply and are nonrefundable
• We do not accept cash

Parking Passes and Deposit

• A $50 refundable parking-pass deposit is required
• Each space receives one windshield pass and one trailer hangtag, which must be displayed at all times
• Replacement passes or hangtags are $25 each
• The deposit is forfeited if passes and hangtags are not returned at move-out

Vehicle Registration and Company Accounts

Every truck, tractor, and trailer must be listed in the customer portal with valid plates, registration, and insurance before it enters the facility. Company accounts must name an authorized signer and an account administrator (name, title, and ID).

Access to Facility

Access to your parking space is subject to:

• Keeping your account current
• Following the Parking License Agreement and the Rules & Regulations
• Using only your personal gate code and displaying your parking pass
• Operating hours: 24/7 Access

Prohibited Items and Vehicles

The following are not allowed at the facility:

• Explosives or fireworks
• Illegal goods or substances
• Waste, garbage, or debris
• Leaking vehicles or radioactive materials
• Placarded hazardous materials, unless approved in writing in advance
• Livestock or unattended animals
• Perishable cargo that requires monitoring
• Wrecked, totaled, or inoperable vehicles

Prohibited Activities

• No vehicle repairs or maintenance, fueling, or washing on the lot
• No electricity is provided for reefer units
• The lot may not be used as a residence

Insurance

Insurance is required. Every vehicle and trailer must be continuously insured while it is at the facility, and commercial vehicles must carry at least $1,000,000 combined single limit liability coverage. Proof of insurance must be provided on request. Cleveland Truck Parking is not responsible for damage or loss to your vehicles or their contents unless caused by our gross negligence.

Security

Cameras, gates, and lighting are deterrents only. We do not monitor the facility continuously and do not guarantee the security of any vehicle, trailer, or cargo.

Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cleveland Truck Parking shall not be liable for:

• Loss, damage, or theft of parked vehicles, trailers, cargo, or contents
• Damage caused by weather, natural disasters, fire, or flooding
• Acts of third parties, including vandalism
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

Towing

Cleveland Truck Parking is a private tow-away lot. Vehicles may be towed or booted at the owner's expense if they do not display a valid pass, are not registered in the portal, are parked outside their assigned space, are prohibited under these terms, or belong to a delinquent account.

Non-Payment

If your account is delinquent, we may suspend gate access, tow or boot your vehicles at your expense, and refer the balance to collections. Vehicles left at the facility are handled only through the procedures allowed by Ohio law, and ownership does not transfer to us automatically.

Termination

To end monthly parking, give 30 days' written notice. Remove all vehicles and trailers by the end of the notice period and return your passes and hangtags to receive your deposit back.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program Description

Cleveland Truck Parking offers an optional text messaging program to customers and prospective customers who opt in. You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box(es) on our contact form or by texting PARK to (216) 600-1656. Depending on the consent you provide, messages may include:

• Customer care and account messages: reservation and move-in confirmations, gate access codes, payment receipts, past-due reminders, and replies to your questions
• Marketing messages (only if you separately opt in to them): special offers, discounts, and service updates

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or rental.

Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the messages you opt in to. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text and data plan.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS program at any time. Text STOP to (216) 600-1656 (you may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT). After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To rejoin, text START or PARK to (216) 600-1656.

Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider, and Cleveland Truck Parking is not responsible for delays or failures caused by your carrier or device.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in our SMS program. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission to enroll the mobile number provided.

Privacy

Your mobile information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
