Yes. Every vehicle and trailer must be insured the whole time it is parked with us. Commercial vehicles need at least $1,000,000 combined single limit liability coverage.

Yes. A $50 refundable parking-pass deposit covers one windshield pass and one trailer hangtag, which must be displayed at all times. Replacement passes are $25 each, and the deposit is forfeited if passes are not returned at move-out.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Accounts are past due after the 5th, a $25 late fee per unpaid space applies starting on the 6th, and the full balance must be paid by the 15th.
